第一次做到頭倒立係好爽嘅—我仲記得第一次做到嗰陣有幾開心✨但做呢個動作一定要留意個頭同地面接觸嗰個位置要準確🙆🏻,特別係條頸,一定唔係負責承托全身嘅重量,甚至乎彎埋。肩胛應夾實,將肩膀遠離雙耳👂🏻, 成個人拉向天花板🔝,收緊腹部、尾龍骨內收、大脾都要收緊!任何運動最緊要都係安全,如果為咗要做到一個招式(黎post相📸)而整親就唔抵啦!

As exciting as achieving a headstand is (I remember my first time too✨) we must be aware of the correct position that your head meets the ground🙆🏻. Your neck should in no circumstance be bent and under much pressure🙅🏻🤦🏻♀️. Your shoulders are working to pull your whole body upwards🔝, shoulders away from ears👂🏻, abs tight, pelvis tilting forward, legs engaged. Safety is far more important than achieving a pose, especially for social media purposes📸.

- Hip raises with 1 leg up
~break/knees to chest~
?Bicycle crunches x 10 reps each leg
~break/knees to chest~
?Navasana crunch x 10 reps
- Hold for 5 counts on the last rep
- Option ; keep knees slightly bent for tight hamstrings

This morning stretch will increase your flexibility and boost your energy throughout the day. Complete each stretch for 1 minute before moving on to the next stretch. Remember to not force the stretch, reach as far as you can and breathe deeply into each stretch. Do this on a daily basis to see improvements.
